Location of Job - Work From Home and Work From Office. It has hybrid work style and office location for this job will be Bangalore.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

  • Extensive understanding of digital marketing spanning social, display, and programmatic platforms

  • Build measurement plans that define clear goals and KPIs for both marketing (e.g. campaign, media test) and technology (e.g. web or app) initiatives

  • Devising strategies for measuring digital campaigns and web performance and responsible for managing the company’s digital customer acquisition funnel

  • Identify growth prospects based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis

  • Collecting data from sources like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc. to generate customer behavior reports and creating performance reports for campaigns and websites using dashboards and data visualizations

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising to drive efficient customer acquisition and maximize ROI

  • Identify key growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder in marketing field or equivalent.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Tech Mahindra.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Digital Marketing Analyst at Tech Mahindra is Rs 25,300 per month approximately which will be around 3.0 lakhs per year.
