What You Will Do In This Role :
Service Desk
Supervise and analyze performance of Service Desk activities to identify any problem areas
Interact with internal customers and users, address IT issues they are facing
Coordinate with multiple teams in order to help address IT problems users are facing
Work with outsourced partner to implement appropriate technology and other resources to maximize service desk effectiveness.
Workload & trending analysis to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce overall ticket count and execution times through automation and process improvement.
Collaborate on process and standard operating procedures with IT Managers
Manage and coordinate the escalation urgent and complicated support issues to the correct IT teams
Maintain alignment and work with various teams on process changes, documentation, and improvements etc.
Leverage available technology to drive increased service availability and provide optimal response to issues and requests reported by users
IT Communication
Create and deploy content for high-profile IT programs, including corporate communications, employee experience, employee engagement, and whatever else you can dream up that drives engagement and focus on Gen IT business goals.
Develop compelling communications with excellence, including emails, video scripts, and other materials in partnership with other functional teams with whom you’ll work closely.
Help build the content strategy and execution for the Gen IT intranet partnering

Qualification :
Candidate should have BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Ability to mentor and direct the work of others in a way that provides quality customer service
Ability to understand complex information and summarize in a clear, concise way
Ability to take control of issues and manage them to resolution in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements. Willingness to work across time-zones.
