Responsibilities :

• Being an active part of the Global Support team and contributing towards the team’s success

• Documenting RCA and creating knowledge base articles

• Collaborating with the clients and/or other members of the team

Qualification :

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience

• Familiar with IT ticketing tools

• Experience troubleshooting IIS and Windows servers

• Experience writing basic SQL queries

• Good understanding of Windows 2012/2016

• PowerShell knowledge

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP

• Understanding of Microsoft Azure

• Should be willing to work in a rotational shift

• Should be comfortable with writing email and calling customers in US and APAC regions
